How the Body Works in the Golf Swing

This is an example of some of the body drills we do in a golf school at the Jim McLean Golf School. It is amazing how much students benefit from doing these simple exercises. Follow along and stop the video in certain positions and try to copy them on your own in a mirror. We call this the grind session and it is part of Jim McLean’s Theory of Elimination.
