ME

Grayson Zacker

I am the Director of Instruction for the Jim McLean Golf Schools as well as a Lead Master Instructor at the Biltmore Hotel Miami location in Coral Gables.  Also, I'm a Class-A PGA Professional, one of Golf Digest's "Best Young Teachers in America", a top 40 instructor under the age of 40 in the US, "Best in State" (Florida) by Golf Digest, and recipient of the 2015 "Teacher of the Year" award in the South Florida PGA Southern Chapter.

I started working at the Jim McLean golf school as an assistant in 2008 at Doral. Since then I have moved up the instructor ranks to top Lead Master and Director of Instruction. Along with teaching, I also oversee the other instructors and assistants at the Jim McLean Golf School. Prior to the Jim McLean Golf School, I attended Penn State University, graduating with honors from the Professional Golf Management program, a major designed specifically for the golf industry. I have worked at some great golf clubs in the northeast including:

I grew up near Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and was one of the top junior golfers in the region (low tournament round 67). I have been playing golf since I was 5 years old and working in the golf industry since the age 14. Needless to say, golf is my lifelong passion.
